Negotiations on sale have continued since February 2016.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Reportedly that Hawkley Oil &#038; Gas Limited will allocate proceeds of for reducing the debts and replenishment of a working capital.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In March 2013 Hawkley Oil &#038; Gas Limited had purchased 100% of shares at the Ukrgeoinvest company yin Stolyarovsky licenced lot, which s located in the Dnieper and Donetsk basin.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The acquisition has concerned the license for 20 years production. The license covers the lot of 47 sq.km and is located on South side of South Afanasyevsky structure.
