The appellate court of Kyiv rejected a request of Ihor Doroshenko, an ex-chairman of the board of Mikhaylovsky bank to be entitled to plead\u00a0\u00a0 and left it in the predetention center \u2014 the press service of Appellate court of the Kyiv city reports.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Therefore, the judge&#8217;s\u00a0 board of Appellate court trial chamber on consideration of criminal cases\u00a0 upholds the decision of Shevchenkovskyi district court of Kyiv according to which Doroshenko will stay under guards until December 6, 2016.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The prosecutor&#8217;s office of Kyiv city suspects the former chairman of the board of PJSC &#8220;Bank Mikhaylovsky&#8221; of bank finances plundering in the amount of \u00a0870 million hryvnias \u00a0and bank bringing \u00a0to insolvency. They incriminate\u00a0to the ex-chairman making of the crimes which have been provided by the p. 5 of Art. 191 and Art. 218-1 of CC of Ukraine.
