{"id":23729,"date":"2016-08-09T12:56:08","date_gmt":"2016-08-09T09:56:08","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/en.ldaily.ua\/?p=23729"},"modified":"2016-11-07T19:39:16","modified_gmt":"2016-11-07T16:39:16","slug":"one-of-the-largest-coffee-producers-is-going-to-pay-122-million-hryvnia-dividends","status":"publish","type":"news","link":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/news\/one-of-the-largest-coffee-producers-is-going-to-pay-122-million-hryvnia-dividends\/","title":{"rendered":"One of the largest coffee producers is going to pay 122 million hryvnia dividends"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>PJSC &#8220;Jacobs Ukraine&#8221; (Trostyanets, Sumy region) is going to pay shareholders dividends of 121.87 million hryvnia in the period from 22 August to 23 December 2016.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">According to the company&#8217;s data in the information disclosure system of the National Commission on Securities and Stock Market, the decision has been taken by the general meeting of shareholders of August 4, 2016.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Net profit of PJSC &#8220;Jacobs Ukraine&#8221; in 2015 amounted to 121.87 million dollars, net profit &#8211; 2.27 billion dollars.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As reported, the PJSC &#8220;Jacobs Ukraine&#8221; was founded in 2015 by allocating a separate company from the structure of &#8220;Mondelis Ukraine&#8221; (earlier &#8211; Kraft Foods Ukraine).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;Mondelis Ukraine&#8221; sells its products under the brands Jacobs, Carte Noire, &#8220;Korona&#8221;, Milka, &#8220;Vedmedik&#8221; Barney &#8220;, OREO, TUC,&#8221; Belvita! Dobroe utro! &#8220;,&#8221; Lux &#8220;, Halls, Dirol, Picnic and Tassimo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Net profit of &#8220;Mondelis Ukraine&#8221; in 2014, decreased by 46.3% compared with the previous year &#8211; up to 276.25 million hryvnia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In the summer of 2015 Mondelez International Inc. and D.E. Master Blenders 1753 BV completed the unification of the coffee business.
