Over 99% of the capital belongs to the<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cypriot company TAS Overseas Investments Ltd., a minority stake in the Cypriot Alkemi Ltd. (which owns 99.7404% shares TASKOMBANK). The beneficiary of the first company is Tihipko, the beneficiary of the second company &#8211; Devisal Ltd.<br \/>\nAccording to the info TASKOMBANK, on January 1, 2016 Bailican Ltd. held 49% of the capital Alkemi Ltd.<br \/>\nThe largest owner of the &#8220;Insurance Group&#8221; TAS &#8220;&#8221; (capital of 102 million hryvnia) is TAS Overseas Investments Ltd. (About 99% of the shares), minority shareholders &#8211; &#8220;Insurance Company&#8221; Industrial &#8220;and Alkemi Ltd.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;Insurance Company&#8221; TAS &#8220;(IC&#8221; TAS &#8220;) was founded in 2000.\u00a0&#8220;TAS&#8221; was the first domestic life insurance company.
