{"id":22925,"date":"2016-07-14T11:55:40","date_gmt":"2016-07-14T08:55:40","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/en.ldaily.ua\/?p=22925"},"modified":"2016-09-29T22:21:20","modified_gmt":"2016-09-29T19:21:20","slug":"the-national-commission-carrying-out-state-regulation-of-the-financial-services-market-agreed-to-acquire-99-9-of-the-insurer-allianz-ukraine-by-austrian-holding-allianz","status":"publish","type":"news","link":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/news\/novosti\/the-national-commission-carrying-out-state-regulation-of-the-financial-services-market-agreed-to-acquire-99-9-of-the-insurer-allianz-ukraine-by-austrian-holding-allianz\/","title":{"rendered":"The National Commission of state regulation of the financial services market"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-22927 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/allianz_ukraine-266x200.jpg\" alt=\"allianz_ukraine\" width=\"266\" height=\"200\" title=\"\">The National Commission, carrying out state regulation of the financial services market by its order \u21161467 agreed to increase participation by Allianz Holding eins GMBH (Austria) in ODO \u00abAllianz Ukraine&#8221; (Kiev) to 99.999% by direct acquisition of 99.978% from its share capital.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As reported, at the beginning of this year, the National Commission, carrying out state regulation of the financial services market had planned to revoke the license for insurance activity IC \u00abAllianz Ukraine&#8221; in connection with a decisive influence on its activities &#8220;IC&#8221; Allianz &#8220;(Russian Federation), which owns 99.978% of its share capital.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">However, on April 12, the commission canceled this order, by the decision of the State regulatory services to satisfy the appeal of the insurance company, which announced the completion of the transfer of parts of the authorized capital and the registration of new representatives &#8211; shareholders Allianz in Austria and in the Netherlands in early March.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It should be noted that the National Commission, carrying out state regulation of the financial services market, had planned to cancel 29 &#8220;of Allianz Ukraine&#8221; licenses of insurance companies (20 &#8211; for the implementation of voluntary insurance and nine &#8211; for the implementation of compulsory insurance), license of IC &#8220;Garantia Life&#8221; on the implementation of voluntary life insurance, and 23 licenses of the insurance company &#8220;Guta &#8211; Ukraine&#8221; (17 &#8211; for the implementation of voluntary insurance, and six &#8211; for the implementation of compulsory insurance).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Insurance company \u00abAllianz Ukraine&#8221; was registered in 2002.
