(Netherlands) &#8211; the &#8220;Astarta-Kyiv&#8221; holding company &#8211; in their own.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">According to the message of the \u00a0issuer on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE), as a result of the transaction, on April 21 the number of shares in property funds increased to 750.383 thousand.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">At the same time, the report did not specify the number of securities acquired and the purchase price.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">According to the WSE, the stock price of the Astarta Holding by 12:30, on April, 27 rose by 0.41% &#8211; up to 49 PLN per piece.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;Astarta&#8221; is vertically integrated agro-industrial holding, which unites six regional divisions in Poltava, Vinnytsia, Khmelnytskyi, Ternopil, Zhytomyr and Kharkiv regions.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It is composed of nine sugar factories, agricultural farms with a land bank of about 245 thousand ha and dairy farms and processing plant of soy in the Poltava region.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Following the results \u00a0in the end of 2015 Astarta got a net profit of \u20ac 15,94 million compared to \u20ac 68,08 million of net loss a year earlier.
