The project cost is more than $ 50 million&#8221;, &#8211; said in a statement referring to the chairman of Mykolayiv Regional Administration Vadym Merikov.\u00a0According to the report, the new plant will create 900 new jobs.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It is noted, that Agrofusion includes 2 plants for the production of tomato paste with a processing capacity of about 480 thousand tomatoes per season, as well as agricultural farms in Kherson and Mykolaiv regions that handle 4.96 thousand ha of irrigated land, and 2 greenhouse\u2019s \u00a0facilities.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As previously reported, Agrofusion is vertically integrated agricultural holding with a closed production cycle of growing tomatoes and their further processing into tomato paste.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Agrofusion Holding was created by the former CEO of the company &#8220;Sandora&#8221; Sergei Sypko after the selling of the PepsiCo company.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>The enterprises of the company are located in the south of Ukraine &#8211; in the Mykolaiv and Kherson regions. These are traditional &#8220;tomato&#8221; regions. \u00a0The Agrofusion company handles 20 thousand ha \u00a0of land, and 6 thousand ha is under irrigation.
