The team plans to spend the raised on the bridge round investments to the entry into estate market of South-East Asia. The first step for it will be starting of TimHome.vn in Vietnam.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In Homsters assured that their projects show good results: &#8220;In November 2015, we launched Homsters.kz in Kazakhstan. For half a year the project showed good traction and returned to operational profit. It was decided to launch a similar model in Vietnam. We invest a lot of profit in development: only last year, we reinvested more than $ 700,000 to the team, marketplaces, new markets&#8221;, &#8211; in such a way the company explained the need to attract bridge financing.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>The founders of Homsters \u2013 Andrzej Olejnik, who is Polish and Maria Ren, who is Ukrainian, moved to Vietnam to coordinate the start of the project and form a local team (currently in office in Ho Chi Minh City already operates eight people &#8211; experts in marketing and business development). &#8220;The first contracts with developers and brokers has been already signed, and the team is preparing for the official launch of the campaign in the second quarter of 2016&#8221;, &#8211; said the representatives of the company. TimHome platform works in pilot mode.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Homsters company registered in London, with offices in Kyiv, Almaty and Ho Chi Minh City.
