{"id":20959,"date":"2016-04-18T16:21:36","date_gmt":"2016-04-18T13:21:36","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/en.ldaily.ua\/?p=20959"},"modified":"2016-04-18T16:21:36","modified_gmt":"2016-04-18T13:21:36","slug":"darnitsa-was-fined-for-the-purchase-of-borshagovskyi-cpp-shares-without-the-permission-of-the-amcu","status":"publish","type":"news","link":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/news\/novosti\/darnitsa-was-fined-for-the-purchase-of-borshagovskyi-cpp-shares-without-the-permission-of-the-amcu\/","title":{"rendered":"&#8220;Darnitsa&#8221; was fined for the purchase of &#8220;Borshagovskyi  CPP&#8221; shares without the permission of the AMCU"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-20961 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/a_24_01-314x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"314\" height=\"200\" was fined for the purchase of &quot;Borshagovskyi shares without permission title=\"\"><em>The AMCU has fined the &#8220;Darnitsa&#8221; pharmaceutical company for more than 20 thousand UAH due to the violation of the law &#8220;On Protection of Economic Competition&#8221; in the form of the acquisition of 30% stake in the &#8220;Borshagovskyi\u00a0 CPP&#8221;, JSC (Kyiv) without relevant regulatory approval.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This was reported by the press service of the AMCU.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As reported, in January 2016 the AMCU \u00a0allowed the \u201cDarnitsa Pharmaceutical company\u201d, JSC to acquire more than 50% of the shares of the &#8220;Borshagovskyi\u00a0 CPP&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The owner \u00a0of the &#8220;Darnitsa&#8221; pharmaceutical company \u2013 Gleb Zagoriy said that receiving the permission of the Antimonopoly Committee to purchase more than 50% of the &#8220;Borshagovskyi\u00a0 CPP&#8221; , \u201cDarnitsa\u201d will be able to enter into negotiations with the majority of shareholders of the &#8220;Borshagovskyi\u00a0 CPP&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In turn, in a statement of the &#8220;Borshagovskyi\u00a0 CPP&#8221;, it was reported that the company does not negotiate about selling a controlling stake and they involved the international consultants to provide references for the definition of value of the enterprise and to protect the enterprise from non-amicable actions.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The \u00a0auction, that was canceled several times, \u00a0took place at March 20, 2015, where Kiev sold its 30% stake of the &#8220;Borshagovskyi CPP&#8221; for 171.844 million UAH.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>The shares of the company gained the financial company &#8220;Cube&#8221;, that represents the interests of &#8220;Darnitsa&#8221;. The trades were conducted by the &#8220;Perspective&#8221; Exchange.
