Both work in the window market under the Rehau brand. By the decision of the AMCU the Rehau production company is obliged within a month to abandon from using the REHAU brand. Otherwise, the AMCU may issue a fine &#8211; up to 5% of annual revenue scrip.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Rehau production company was opened in Kiev last year in July.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">According to the Unified State Register, the company Rehau Gesellschaft GmbH is the owner of the Rehau, LLC, and the individuals &#8211;\u00a0 Sergey Roztishevskyi \u00a0and Olga Stanovskaya are owners of the \u00a0production company.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In November, last year Rehau, LLC \u00a0appealed to the Commercial Court of Kiev with a claim to the Internet Invest company, which is the registrar of the domain rehau.kiev.ua. \u00a0The new company sold windows through this site. &#8220;We needed to find out who is the domain owner, the Internet Invest provided this information by court order&#8221;, &#8211; say the representatives of the Rehau. After gathering the information, the company lodged an application in the AMCU. \u0415he agency issued its decision last week.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>The document stated that the offender is obliged to abandon the use of trademarks \u0420\u0435\u0445\u0430\u0443 and Rehau in the company name and domain name of the site within a month. It was not possible to get a comment from the production company at this moment.
