Both companies have the status of authorized rating agencies of the National Commission on Securities and Stock Market of Ukraine and are engaged in the business on the credit rating according to the National Rating Scale. It is reported by the IBI-Rating agency&#8217;s press service.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">According to the report, the merger will occur on the basis of the IBI-Rating agency, the head of which stays its current director &#8211; Igor Andrusik.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The main objective of the merger is the consolidation of the business in the provision of credit rating services under the conditions of contraction of the financial market of Ukraine, accompanied by a significant decrease in the number of banks and bond issuers.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It is noted, \u00a0that in the last 2 years in terms of activity and \u00a0the number of customers of the IBI-Rating and the UCRA agency occupied 2nd and 3rd places in the market, respectively.
