(Netherlands), controlled by \u00a0the NCH Capital (USA) to acquire more than 50% of the shares of two agricultural enterprises in the Khmelnitskyi region. This is stated on the AMCU \u00a0website.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The permission granted for the purchase of the \u00a0shares of the companies &#8220;Ukrzernoprom Derazhnya&#8221; and &#8220;Cygnet Podillya&#8221; in the Khmelnitskyi \u00a0region.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It is noted, \u00a0that &#8220;Ukrzernoprom- Derazhnya&#8221; specializes in the cultivation and sale of crops, mainly wheat, canola, barley, sunflower and maize; it is the part of the &#8220;Ukrzernoprom Agro&#8221; &#8211; \u00a0subsidiary of the holding company MCB Agricole Holding AG (Austria). The company is constantly expanding the area of \u200b\u200bthe leased land, which are immediately being entered into production. The productivity indicators consistently exceed the averages in Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The &#8220;Cygnet&#8221; is \u00a0agricultural holding with foreign investments. The plant engaged in the cultivation of corn, soybeans, wheat and sugar beet. Other activities are dairy cattle breeding and production of sugar. The &#8220;Cygnet Holding&#8221; also owns a sugar factory.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>The NCH \u200b\u200bCapital (USA) is a company which was established in 1993. Today the company manages assets worth $ 3.5 billion through a variety of investment funds around the world.
