It was reported by the press service of the State Service of Geology and mineral\u00a0resources of\u00a0Ukraine\u00a0 .<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The State\u00a0service of\u00a0geology\u00a0and\u00a0mineral\u00a0resources of\u00a0Ukraine\u00a0 believes that the decision of the court opposes the implementation of its direct service roles and responsibilities.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;If the company has a debt to pay rent for the mineral\u00a0resources\u00a0 in the state budget and does not repay within six months, the State\u00a0service of\u00a0geology\u00a0and\u00a0mineral\u00a0resources of\u00a0Ukraine\u00a0 obliged with \u00a0the submit of the State Fiscal Service to stop the action of special permits for the use of subsurface resources&#8221;, &#8211; explained the Acting Chairman of the State Service of Geology and s mineral\u00a0resources of Ukraine, Mykola Boyarkin.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In particular, the State Fiscal Service has submitted information on the three production\u00a0 fields of the &#8220;Ukrnafta&#8221; in December 2015. January 26, 2016 by the Order \u2116 16 the State Service of Geology and mineral\u00a0resources of Ukraine suspended the relevant special permission \u00a0of the \u201cUkrnafta\u201d &#8211; on Golubovskyi (Dnipropetrivsk region), Jurievskyi\u00a0 (Dnipropetrivsk region) and Lopushnyanskyi (Chernihiv region) fields.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The State\u00a0service of\u00a0geology\u00a0and\u00a0mineral\u00a0resources of\u00a0Ukraine called the actions of the &#8220;Ukrnafta&#8221; as \u00a0evasion of the rent.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;Failure to pay to the budget for more than 10 billion UAH (the total tax payable of the &#8220;Ukrnafta&#8221;on all deposits &#8211; Ed.). It turns out, the court decided that the state does not need the money?&#8221; &#8211; interested Boyarkin.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>It will be recalled, \u00a0that in January the State\u00a0service of\u00a0geology\u00a0and\u00a0mineral\u00a0resources of\u00a0Ukraine suspended the three of the 94 special permits \u00a0of the &#8220;Ukrnafta&#8221;. After that, the company appealed to the Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk to revoke the decision.
