The signing ceremony took place at the Administration of Seaports of Ukraine (ASU) in \u00a0March, 23.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The document was signed by the head of the ASU &#8211; \u00a0Andrey Amelin and by the director of the MV Cargo &#8211; \u00a0Alexander Primak. Also, in the ceremony took part \u00a0the general director of the \u00a0Cargill AT, Martin Schuldt, \u00a0the general director of the\u00a0 TIS, \u00a0Andriy Stavnitser, \u00a0the head of the Administration of the Yuzhnyi<strong>\u00a0 <\/strong>sea port Maxim Shirokov, the director of the grain division \u201cCargill Europe\u201d &#8211; \u00a0Andreas Rickmers, the head of the Cargill Ocean Transportation &#8211;\u00a0 Roger Janson.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;The MV Cargo company undertakes the construction of the facilities and the mooring line.\u00a0 The commitments of the ASU are to conduct dredging to the level of 16 meters in the Yuzhnyi\u00a0port. Estimated volumes of partners investing about $ 100 million, the investments \u00a0of the ASU are $ 50 million. The final figures will be known after the adoption of projects &#8220;, &#8211; said Andrey Amelin.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Completion of the construction of the terminal is scheduled for September 2018, and dredging will be carried out not only for the 25th berth, but for the whole port Yuzhnyi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cargill AT, LLC is the investor of the project of a grain terminal in the Yuzhnyi port. The company is a 100% subsidiary of the Cargill Inc., the largest private food corporation in the USA. In 2015, the revenue of the Cargill Inc. was $ 120 billion. The company has 66 offices worldwide and a workforce of about 130 thousand people.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">MV Cargo Ltd. is \u00a0a specially created company for the project of a grain terminal in the port Yuzhny. The mooring \u211625 at the Yuzhnyi port, \u00a0and the land on which the terminal will be built are owned by the company.
