{"id":19822,"date":"2016-03-09T17:53:25","date_gmt":"2016-03-09T14:53:25","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/en.ldaily.ua\/?p=19822"},"modified":"2016-03-09T17:57:12","modified_gmt":"2016-03-09T14:57:12","slug":"metinvest-filed-three-suits-to-the-metinvest-smc-almk-and-dmkd-totaling-more-than-23-billion-uah","status":"publish","type":"news","link":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/news\/metinvest-filed-three-suits-to-the-metinvest-smc-almk-and-dmkd-totaling-more-than-23-billion-uah\/","title":{"rendered":"Metinvest filed three suits  to the &#8220;Metinvest-SMC&#8221;, ALMK and DMKD  totaling more than 23 billion UAH"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-19824 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/1436264487100-300x200.jpeg\" alt=\"Metinvest filed three suits to the \" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" ALMK and DMKD totaling more than 23 billion title=\"\"><em>&#8220;Metinvest Holding&#8221; LLC, the management company of the largest Ukrainian mining and steel group &#8220;Metinvest&#8221;, filed a lawsuit to the Alchevsk Metallurgical Plant (ALMK, registered in Severodonetsk, Luhansk region), included in the corporation &#8220;ISD&#8221; and &#8220;Metinvest-SMC&#8221; LLC\u00a0 on totaling more than 5.8 billion UAH.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Commercial Court of Kiev began the production and adopted a statement of the &#8220;Metinvest Holding&#8221; in the \u00a0ruling of court in\u00a0 February, 11 2016.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The amount of a claim is 5 billion 818 million 261 thousand 986.52 UAH. The hearing is scheduled for March 15 this year.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Besides, the same court partially granted the request of the \u00a0&#8220;Metinvest Holding&#8221; LLC by the definition of February, 12,\u00a0 2016 and seized the accounts of ALMK for the amount of the claim in a group of banks.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;Metinvest Holding&#8221; LLC also filed another lawsuit against ALMC \u00a0and &#8220;Metinvest-SMC&#8221; in the amount of 7 billion 314 million 875 thousand 673.67 UAH. The court also \u00a0commenced\u00a0 proceedings in this case. The hearing is scheduled for March 9 this year.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>In addition, the &#8220;Metinvest Holding&#8221; company has filed a lawsuit to the Dneprovskiy Metallurgical Plant\u00a0\u00a0 named after Dzerzhinsky (Dneprodzerzhinsk, Dnepropetrovsk reg.), included in the corporation &#8220;ISD&#8221; and &#8220;Metinvest-SMC LLC &#8221; in the amount of 10 billion 550 million 185 thousand 455.20 UAH. On the third lawsuit was also commenced a proceeding.
