{"id":19718,"date":"2016-03-03T17:35:17","date_gmt":"2016-03-03T14:35:17","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/en.ldaily.ua\/?p=19718"},"modified":"2016-03-03T17:35:17","modified_gmt":"2016-03-03T14:35:17","slug":"the-amcu-allowed-abh-ukraine-cyprus-company-to-buy-the-alfa-insurance-insurance-company","status":"publish","type":"news","link":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/news\/novosti\/the-amcu-allowed-abh-ukraine-cyprus-company-to-buy-the-alfa-insurance-insurance-company\/","title":{"rendered":"The AMCU allowed ABH Ukraine, Cyprus company to buy the &#8220;Alfa Insurance&#8221; insurance company"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-19720 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/b1fb73041358211218e190bdd9ef5910-301x200.jpeg\" alt=\"The AMCU allowed ABH Ukraine, Cyprus company to buy the \" width=\"301\" height=\"200\" Alfa insurance title=\"\"><em>The ABH Ukraine, Cyprus company said it would buy a 50% stake in the &#8220;Alfa Insurance&#8221; insurance company.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Recently, the Antimonopoly Committee has permitted \u00a0ABH Ukraine (Cyprus) to buy a 50% stake in the &#8220;Alfa Insurance&#8221; insurance company,\u00a0 according to the Antimonopoly Committee report.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;It was given a resolution to the ABH Ukraine Limited company (Nicosia, Cyprus) to acquire shares of the &#8220;Alfa Insurance&#8221; CJSC (Kiev), which provides the excess of 50% of the votes in the supreme governing body&#8221;, &#8211; the report says.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In December 2015 the National Commission for Regulation of Financial Services has allowed ABH Ukraine to buy a 94.92% stake \u00a0of the &#8220;Alfa Insurance&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Currently, 99.99% of the shares of the company belongs to the Cypriot company Innocast Holdings.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">ABH Ukraine owns 100% of shares of the Alfa-Bank Ukraine, which, together \u00a0with the\u00a0 &#8220;Alfa Insurance&#8221; is the part of the &#8220;Alpha-Group&#8221; consortium.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>&#8220;Alfa Insurance&#8221; is a private joint stock company established in 2000 and specializes in risk insurance. An innovative insurance company in Ukraine with a universal portfolio of services that includes comprehensive business interests and a wide range of insurance products for individuals is represented in all regions of Ukraine. The authorized capital of the Company amounts to 94,480,000 UAH.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;Alfa Insurance&#8221; and Alfa Bank are the members of a large industrial consortium &#8220;Alfa Group&#8221;.
