Thereafter Ukrtransnefteprodukt draw up a \u00a0judicial letter in one&#8217;s sole discretion.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Besides the arrest of the property, \u00a0the Primorsky District Court of Odessa arrested 99.6% stake of the plant, owned by the Cyprus Empson Limited.
