This is stated in the message of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Before holding a competitive tender for procurement of rights for using the TM \u201cMassandra\u201d at the annexation period of Crimea, no-one company has any rights for production of wines under this brand.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As a result of measures taken by the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine, &#8220;Global Kamianka Vine&#8221; company stopped the production of still wines under the\u00a0 trade mark \u201cMassandra\u201d, that was started in July 2015, &#8211; noted in the message.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Adviser to the Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food \u00a0&#8211; \u00a0Alexander Liev, said that the Ministry is doing everything possible for giving the official rights to Ukrainian enterprises for the production of wines under the\u00a0 trade mark \u201cMassandra\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In this regard, the ministry is working on a competitive basis for the Ukrainian manufacturers who want to produce wines under the relevant trademark.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Besides, the Adviser to the Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food\u00a0 noted that the legal rights of the trademark can be lost if it is not used for three years.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Assignment of rights to the other companies for using \u00a0the TM &#8220;Massandra&#8221; will be carried out with the only purpose &#8211; to save \u00a0the rights \u00a0of the \u00a0well-known wine brand in Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As previously reported, the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food expects to start bottling wines under the trade mark &#8220;Massandra&#8221; in the territory that is controlled by the government \u00a0of Ukraine in 2016.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>In January, the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food announced its intention to re-register in Kiev 23 state enterprises that are under the management of the ministry, but stayed \u00a0in the territory of Crimea, that was annexed by Russia, such as &#8220;Massandra&#8221;, &#8220;Magarach&#8221;, &#8220;Novyi Svit&#8221; and others. \u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Source: delo.ua<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":19338,"menu_order":0,"template":"","newscat":[9],"newstag":[],"issues":[],"class_list":["post-19337","news","type-news","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","newscat-novosti"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/news\/19337","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/news"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/news"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/19338"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=19337"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"newscat","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/newscat?post=19337"},{"taxonomy":"newstag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/newstag?post=19337"},{"taxonomy":"issues","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/issues?post=19337"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
