{"id":19090,"date":"2016-02-12T17:19:33","date_gmt":"2016-02-12T14:19:33","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/en.ldaily.ua\/?p=19090"},"modified":"2016-02-12T17:19:33","modified_gmt":"2016-02-12T14:19:33","slug":"the-national-bank-revoked-the-license-of-the-premium-bank","status":"publish","type":"news","link":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/news\/novosti\/the-national-bank-revoked-the-license-of-the-premium-bank\/","title":{"rendered":"The National Bank revoked the license of the Premium bank"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-19092 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/7-311x200.jpg\" alt=\"The National Bank revoked the license of the Premium bank\" width=\"311\" height=\"200\" title=\"\"><em>National Bank of Ukraine adopted a decision to revoke the banking license and liquidate the PJSC CB &#8220;Premium&#8221; for \u00a0violation of banking legislation in the sphere of financial monitoring.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This is stated in the resolution of the National Bank \u2116 68 \/ BT, dated February 10, 2016, said the press service of the regulator.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;The facts of violations were established during an unscheduled on-site inspection of PJSC CB &#8220;Premium&#8221; for financial monitoring issues&#8221;, &#8211; said the service press.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The National Bank noted that the liquidation of the bank will have no impact on the stability of the financial market.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;Guarantee Fund deposits of physical persons will be paid in full means 97% of the Premium bank&#8217;s depositors&#8221;, &#8220;Total Fund will provide a guaranteed payment of the sum in the amount of about 150 million UAH&#8221;, &#8211; said in a statement.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As previously reported, on February 10, the National Bank decided to classify PJSC CB &#8220;TC Credit&#8221; to the category of insolvent due to the lack of transparency of ownership structure.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The &#8220;Premium bank &#8221; was founded in 2007.
