This is stated in the committee report.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;Granted the permission to the EDAL Holding und Finanzierungsberatung GmbH (Vienna, Austria) for the purchase of shares of Investbank (Odessa), which provides excess of 50% of the votes in the supreme governing body&#8221;, &#8211; the report says.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">AMCU does not give any information about the Austrian company.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As of January 1, 2016 the largest owners of Investbank were Alexander Nezvinsky (direct participation &#8211; 19.96%, indirect &#8211; 24,05%) and Nicka Teplitz (indirect participation &#8211; 41.26%).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As reported, in late October 2015 Investbank partially replaced the supervisory board, and at the end of September replaced the Chairman of the Board.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In addition, at the meeting of October 29, 2015 the bank&#8217;s shareholders decided to increase the authorized capital of financial institutions by 2.8 times &#8211; for 157 million UAH \u00a0to UAH 245,678,000.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">From 8 till 29 February, shareholders will be able to submit applications to participate in the additional emission, the placement will be held in March in two stages.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The received funds Invetsbank plans to direct for increasing the volume of lendings with small and medium business &#8211; 140 million UAH, for increasing of investments in government securities &#8211; 12 million UAH, for lending customers individual business &#8211; 5 million UAH.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Investbank was established in 1992.
