\"AMCUAntimonopoly Committee of Ukraine allowed the company Uniline finance to gain control of six agricultural companies in Dnipropetrivsk and Zaporizhzha regions.<\/em><\/p>\n

Based on the received permission, the company Uniline finance Ltd. (British Virgin Islands) is going to acquire more than 50% of the shares of Astev Investment Company (Cyprus).<\/em><\/p>\n

According to the AMCU, the online finance Ltd. is controlled by the individual. It operates in the agricultural sphere through “Kaskadagro”, LLC (Kyiv), “Agrodmitrievskoe”, LLC (Chernihiv region.), “Konotop Bakery”, PJSC, “Agro-Polis”, LLC (both Sumy region), “Justin-Group”, LLC ( Kyiv).<\/p>\n

According to the Uniform State Register of Legal Entities and Individuals (USR), the ultimate owner of mentioned companies is Vitalii Homutynnik who is the head of the deputy group “Renaissance”, the former head of the parliamentary committee for tax and customs policy.<\/p>\n

Astev Investment Company in Ukraine is working through the company “Agricultural enterprise “Dzerzhinets “, ” Sinelnikovo-Agro”, LLC, “Renaissance” LLC, “Dneproalyans” LLC, “Dnipro Bakery ?5”, LLC (all – Dnipropetrivsk region), “Fisakovskii elevator”, LLC (Zaporizhzha region).<\/p>\n

According to the database of “SPARK-Interfax”, in 2014 “Agricultural enterprise “Dzerzhinets” gained a net profit of 1.49 million UAH, net income is 65.63 million UAH. \u00a0The net profit of “Dneproalians” amounted to 33.66 million UAH, net income – 73,310,000 UAH; “Renaissance”, LLC: a net loss is 7.83 million UAH, net income is 36.18 million UAH.<\/p>\n

According to the USR, the ultimate beneficiary of “Cascade-Invest”, PJSC is V.Homutynnik.<\/p>\n

According to the database of “SPARK-Interfax”, subsidiaries of the investment fund “Cascade-Invest” in the agricultural business are “Konotopagro”, LLC, “Nikolaevhleb”, “Konotop Bread Products Plant”, in property development – “Investment and development company “Cascade” and a number of other companies.<\/em><\/p>\n
