According to the information of the National Commission on Securities and Stock Market the application of instituting proceedings was filed \u00a0by Lenintal \u00a0Ltd. (Odessa region).<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The reason for initiation of the bankruptcy of the emitent is the requirements of the creditor to pay off the debt in the amount of 501.809 thousand UAH.
