It is reported by &#8220;ProAgro&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMC) gave the permission for the merger of Ukraine-Agro A \/ S and the Russian Pig Meat A \/ S (both &#8211; Holstebro, the Kingdom of Denmark). According to the resolution of the Antimonopoly Committee, a new company East Agro A \/ S will be created in the result of the merger.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">According to AMC, Ukraine-Agro A \/ S is a holding company associated by the ratio control with enterprises engaged in activities on growing and sale of pigs in live weight.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Russian Pig Meat A \/ S company tied with its business entities by non-residents of Ukraine, which operate in the cultivation and sale of pigs; wholesale of meat and meat products in the Russian Federation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>According to the annual report of the Ukraine-Agro A \/ S for 2014, it owns 90% of the Danish Berry Farm, which in its turn, through its subsidiary LLC &#8220;Dan-Farm Ukraine&#8221; (s.Halcha, Kiev region) Ltd controls &#8220;SPU AGRO &#8216;( s.Grozyne, Zhytomyr region.), that has been breeding pigs.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Berry Farm is also linked to Russian Pig Meat A \/ S, which owns the pig-breeding enterprise &#8220;Novsvin&#8221; (d.Ermolino, Novgorod region.).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">According to the unified state register the charter capital of LLC &#8220;Agro SPU&#8221; is 63,657,000 USD.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Net loss of Ukraine-Agro A \/ S in 2014 amounted to 14.7 million DKK (as of January 11, $ 1 = 6.87 DKK), compared with a net profit of 8.112 million DKK in 2013.
