The founder of the Ukrainian company &#8220;Medikap&#8221; is a Cypriot company Troaks investments limited, \u00a0which invests in promising and innovative companies in the former Soviet Union. Final beneficiaries of the company \u00a0are four US citizens Andrew Gaff, George Sigular, Donald Spencer and Kenneth Burns.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The company &#8220;Medisvit&#8221; is \u00a0Ukrainian medical center, which is using \u00a0modern integrated approaches in the diagnosis and treatment of various diseases. The founder of the &#8220;Medical Centers&#8221; Medisvit\u201d company (Kiev) is a Cyprus company \u00a0Cerafium Holdings Limited. During 2014 the medical \u00a0company has earned 37.3 million UAH, and for the 1<sup>st<\/sup> \u00a0half of 2015 -18,863,000 UAH. The final beneficiary of the company is a citizen of Ukraine, Ivan Grintsov from Kiev.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<em>In the world market, in the health care industry the most common agreements are aimed at the unification of the companies.
