\"NissanThe alliance between the two companies has been \u00a0existing for 15 years, but for now the direction of companies \u00a0\u00a0expect for closer cooperation. It is supposed to create a single platform, which will produce 70% of Nissan and Renault cars (now there are 10% of manufactured machines), in fact, both brands are planning to release their cars at one plant. In addition, the companies will create a special structure, which will deal with the procurement of necessary spare parts, decide issues of logistics \u00a0and regulate the production. This indicates the beginning of a large-scale merger.<\/p>\n

At this rate, by the middle of 2016 companies \u00a0will be able to save about 4.3 billion euros. A business union between the two automobile corporations purports to improve competitiveness and expand its activities.<\/p>\n

\u00a0For today, the Renault-Nissan union is the fourth largest producer of cars and produces 8.3 million cars every year. \u00a0Completely uniting the business they can increase output to 10 million cars a year and \u00a0become the first.<\/em><\/p>\n

The alliance between the two companies was established in 1999, then by combining Japanese rivals Renault helped to get out of a deep crisis and boost sales by reducing the cost of the company.<\/em><\/p>\n

There were conflicts between companies. Nissan previously expressed their dissatisfaction, and even threatened to withdraw from the alliance because they are not fully satisfied with the dominant position of the French manufacturer and the excessive intervention of the French government in the affairs of the company. Later, however, the Japanese realized that the advantages of the merger bigger, and a few days ago, two major automobile corporations signed a “stability agreement” between Nissan and the French government, which says that the French side is entitled to vote twice. In turn, according to the third paragraph of the agreement, the French Government undertakes not to interfere in the affairs of the Japanese automaker.<\/p>\n
