While August cargoes were priced at around $4 per barrel below Brent, the discount for September shipments has narrowed to $1\u20133 per barrel.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"924\" data-end=\"986\">Demand for Russian crude is also being supported by India.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"924\" data-end=\"986\">&#8220;Given the uncertainty in the Middle East, ESPO crude is a more reliable and still cheaper option,&#8221; one oil trader told Reuters.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1120\" data-end=\"1443\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">In addition, Reuters reports that independent Chinese refineries in Shandong Province have resumed negotiations to purchase sanctioned Iranian crude.
