Of this amount, UAH 1.4 billion came from dividends and distributions of net profits from state-owned enterprises, according to the Fund&#8217;s press service.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"415\" data-end=\"609\">Revenue from the privatization of small-scale state assets totaled UAH 1.081 billion. During the first six months of the year, the SPFU successfully completed 168 privatization auctions.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"611\" data-end=\"820\">&#8220;The absolute record-holder was the Orion Research Institute in Kyiv, which was sold for UAH 381 million. During the auction, the sale price increased by an impressive 896.85%,&#8221; the statement said.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"822\" data-end=\"1060\">The State Property Fund currently manages 1,135 sanctioned assets. Privatization of such assets generated UAH 70.45 million, while the sale of sanctioned property contributed an additional UAH 7.38 million to the state budget.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1062\" data-end=\"1226\">Leasing of state-owned property brought in UAH 494.27 million. The total area of state property currently under lease amounts to 9.13 million square meters.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1228\" data-end=\"1512\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">The SPFU also manages 2,268 legal entities. During the first quarter of 2026, Centrenergo was the most profitable state-owned enterprise, reporting a profit of UAH 524.9 million.
