This was reported by Reuters, citing its sources.

Last week, gasoline production in Russia fell by almost 25% compared to the average daily level recorded in June 2025.

Amid fuel shortages and rising prices, the Russian government is considering various measures to support the market. Sources said that one of the options under discussion is subsidizing imported fuel in order to curb price growth.

According to market sources and LSEG data, Russia’s seaborne exports of petroleum products dropped by approximately 15% in the first half of June compared with the first half of May. One of the reasons cited is unplanned maintenance work at oil refineries following repeated drone attacks.

Exports of diesel fuel and gasoil have remained relatively stable so far. In April, Russia increased seaborne shipments of these products by 8% compared with March, reaching approximately 3.25 million tonnes. Export volumes remained largely unchanged in May.

Among the largest buyers of Russian diesel fuel are Brazil and Turkey.

[9
["post-151812","news","type-news","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","newscat-novosti
["GET
