This was announced by the company\u2019s director, Vyacheslav Bezruk, in an opinion column for Liga.Business.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"379\" data-end=\"609\">According to him, the port handled approximately 3.8 million tonnes of cargo last year, generating nearly UAH 1.4 billion in revenue. For 2026, the enterprise expects to maintain a net profit of around UAH 225 million.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"611\" data-end=\"783\">One of the fastest-growing areas was container handling. While the port processed 5,421 TEU in 2024, this figure nearly quadrupled in 2025, reaching 21,498 TEU.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"785\" data-end=\"1063\">The company also highlighted the introduction of transparent service sales mechanisms through the Prozorro.Sale platform. The first auction for mineral fertilizer transshipment services attracted five participants, and the service price increased during the bidding process.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1065\" data-end=\"1249\">In addition to expanding its operational activities, the port continues to invest in security infrastructure, equipment modernization, energy independence, and its transport fleet.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1251\" data-end=\"1552\">According to Vyacheslav Bezruk, the enterprise has joined an experimental project aimed at creating its own component of an air defense system.
