{"id":151808,"date":"2026-06-24T15:00:25","date_gmt":"2026-06-24T12:00:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/?post_type=news&#038;p=151808"},"modified":"2026-06-23T19:03:57","modified_gmt":"2026-06-23T16:03:57","slug":"naczbank-oshtrafuvav-ukrposhtu-na-25-mln-gryven","status":"publish","type":"news","link":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/news\/naczbank-oshtrafuvav-ukrposhtu-na-25-mln-gryven\/","title":{"rendered":"National Bank Fines Ukrposhta UAH 2.5 Million"},"content":{"rendered":"<p data-start=\"51\" data-end=\"231\">The National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) has imposed a fine of UAH 2,544,900 on Ukrposhta for violations of Ukrainian legislation, according to the regulator\u2019s press service.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"233\" data-end=\"300\">The fine was imposed for violations of the requirements set out in:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"302\" data-end=\"662\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1i59giq\" data-start=\"302\" data-end=\"349\">the Law of Ukraine \u201cOn Payment Services\u201d;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"2gy2w9\" data-start=\"350\" data-end=\"485\">the Instruction on the Organization of Cash Operations by Banks and Payment Transactions by Payment Service Providers in Ukraine;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"q6ievn\" data-start=\"486\" data-end=\"587\">the Rules for the Storage, Protection, Use, and Disclosure of Payment Service Provider Secrecy;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"y3ch39\" data-start=\"588\" data-end=\"662\">the Regulation on the Issuance and Acquiring of Payment Instruments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"664\" data-end=\"818\">Ukrposhta is required to pay the fine within 14 calendar days from the date the decision of the relevant NBU committee is communicated to the company.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"820\" data-end=\"1039\">In addition, the National Bank issued a written warning to Ukrposhta for violations of several other regulatory requirements, including NBU resolutions, statistical reporting rules, and other applicable regulations.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1041\" data-end=\"1270\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">The NBU has given the company until September 30 to eliminate the identified violations of legislation governing activities in the payment market and to implement measures aimed at preventing similar violations in the future.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":151809,"menu_order":0,"template":"","newscat":[9],"newstag":[],"issues":[],"class_list":["post-151808","news","type-news","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","newscat-novosti"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/news\/151808","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/news"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/news"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/151809"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=151808"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"newscat","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/newscat?post=151808"},{"taxonomy":"newstag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/newstag?post=151808"},{"taxonomy":"issues","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/issues?post=151808"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
