The Cabinet of Ministers has reallocated UAH 220 million in savings from other budget programs to support Ukraine\u2019s Defense Forces. The announcement was made by Prime Minister Yuliia Svyrydenko.<\/p>\n

“The government has additionally allocated UAH 220 million to meet the needs of the Defense Forces. These are funds that remained unused within the state budget expenditures originally intended to finance the National Energy and Utilities Regulatory Commission (NEURC),” she said.<\/p>\n

According to the Prime Minister, the funds will be distributed as follows:<\/p>\n

  • UAH 100 million will be used for the training of National Guard personnel;<\/li>\n
  • UAH 70 million will be allocated to the Ministry of Defense for the development, procurement, modernization, and repair of weapons and military equipment;<\/li>\n
  • UAH 50 million will be directed to support the activities of the Main Directorate of Intelligence (HUR).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
