This was announced by Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko following a meeting of the Coordination Center.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"357\" data-end=\"452\">An additional UAH 9.6 billion has been earmarked for project implementation from local budgets.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"454\" data-end=\"542\">At the same time, the government is working to attract additional international funding.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"544\" data-end=\"775\">The first round of regional reviews on the implementation of the Resilience Plans has now been completed. According to the Prime Minister, the best results have so far been demonstrated by the Rivne, Zhytomyr, and Cherkasy regions.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"777\" data-end=\"1103\">The government is also expanding support programs for households and businesses as part of preparations for the upcoming heating season. In particular, large and medium-sized businesses can access financing for distributed energy generation projects at an annual interest rate of 10%, with funding available up to \u20ac25 million.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1105\" data-end=\"1350\">For small and medium-sized enterprises, loans of up to UAH 250 million are available under the 5-7-9% Affordable Loans Program, as well as interest-free loans of up to UAH 10 million for the purchase of generators and gas-powered energy systems.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1352\" data-end=\"1708\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">In addition, the Cabinet of Ministers is launching new tenders for the construction of 1,505 MW of power generation capacity and is continuing the SvitloDim (&#8220;Light Home&#8221;) program.
