Companies planning to obtain or confirm their status as critically important enterprises for employee reservation in July must ensure an average salary of no less than three minimum wages (UAH 25,941) already for June. This was reported by the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture in response to an inquiry from Interfax-Ukraine.<\/p>\n
\u201cFrom what date should the average salary at an enterprise exceed three minimum wages? \u2014 For the latest (previous) calendar month. For example, if a company applies to the relevant government authority in July, the company\u2019s average salary for June will be taken into account,\u201d the ministry stated.<\/p>\n
At the same time, decisions recognizing an enterprise as critically important that remain valid as of June 2 will continue to apply for the period for which they were granted, but no later than September 1.<\/p>\n
The ministry also noted that government authorities must revise sectoral and regional criteria for determining critically important enterprises by June 10. After that, companies will be able to submit documents to obtain or confirm their status.<\/p>\n
Decisions on new employee reservations will be made by August, but only after the review of the criteria is completed.<\/p>\n
