Just a few hours later, LG officially denied reports that it was considering exiting the television market, according to Android Authority.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">In a statement to Android Authority, the company emphasized that claims regarding a potential sale of its TV division were \u201centirely groundless, speculative, and misleading.\u201d Following LG\u2019s response, the original EBN article was removed from the publication\u2019s website without any explanation.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Despite the denial, analysts note that LG has indeed been increasingly focused on developing its webOS platform and software services for automotive systems, monitors, and smart displays, gradually shifting attention away from traditional television manufacturing.<\/p>\n<p>Rumors of a possible sale of the TV business also emerged amid significant changes in the global television industry.
