This was announced by Member of Parliament <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Yaroslav Zhelezniak<\/span><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"362\" data-end=\"529\">The amendments concerned draft law No. 12360, which proposed abolishing the duty-free threshold for importing goods through international postal and express shipments.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"531\" data-end=\"647\">During the vote, lawmakers failed to gather enough votes even to send the document back for a repeat second reading.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"649\" data-end=\"747\">A total of 222 deputies supported the motion, while at least 226 votes were required for approval.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"749\" data-end=\"948\">It should be noted that the bill is part of an <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">International Monetary Fund<\/span><\/span> benchmark.
