It is intended to support energy-vulnerable countries amid supply disruptions caused by the conflict involving the United States, Israel, and Iran, as well as the closure of the Strait of Hormuz.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"707\" data-end=\"920\">Higher fuel prices have triggered a new surge in the cost of living in the United Kingdom.
