The regulator\u2019s press service announced the decision.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"280\" data-end=\"400\">The ruling was adopted by the NBU Committee on Supervision and Regulation of Banks and Payment Infrastructure on May 18.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"402\" data-end=\"610\">The violations concern Ukrposhta\u2019s failure, as a provider of financial payment services, to ensure the proper functioning of its corporate governance system, internal controls, and risk management procedures.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"612\" data-end=\"725\">The decision was based on the results of off-site supervision and an inspection conducted as of November 1, 2025.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"727\" data-end=\"902\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">The NBU stated that the inspection identified violations of the Law \u201cOn Payment Services\u201d and related regulations governing management systems for financial service providers.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":151627,"menu_order":0,"template":"","newscat":[9],"newstag":[],"issues":[],"class_list":["post-151626","news","type-news","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","newscat-novosti"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/news\/151626","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/news"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/news"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/151627"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=151626"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"newscat","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/newscat?post=151626"},{"taxonomy":"newstag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/newstag?post=151626"},{"taxonomy":"issues","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/issues?post=151626"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
