The Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture will remain the program\u2019s coordinator.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"516\" data-end=\"829\">The resolution confirms the application of updated compensation rules. In particular, until May 31, 2026 inclusive, cashback will apply to fuel purchases (gasoline, diesel, and liquefied gas) regardless of the country of origin. Cashback accrual for fuel will follow a differentiated model ranging from 5% to 15%.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"831\" data-end=\"1208\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">The government also recommended that the National Bank of Ukraine ensure that electronic payment system services are provided free of charge for Oschadbank when transferring cashback funds to citizens.
