He made the statement on platform X.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"271\" data-end=\"420\">He stressed that while the European Union is honoring its commitments under the trade agreement with the United States, Washington is violating them.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"422\" data-end=\"731\">\u201cTrump\u2019s plan to impose 25% tariffs on cars from the EU is unacceptable. The European Parliament continues to adhere to the agreements reached in Scotland and is working to finalize the necessary legislation. While the EU is fulfilling its obligations, the American side continues to breach them,\u201d Lange said.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"733\" data-end=\"918\">The Chair of the International Trade Committee described the actions of the U.S. administration as \u201cvisible unpredictability\u201d and called on the EU to maintain a clear and firm position.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"920\" data-end=\"1054\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">\u201cWe have seen such arbitrary actions before, even toward partners.
