This was stated by Russian Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin, according to the pro-government Russian outlet <em data-start=\"376\" data-end=\"388\">Kommersant<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"391\" data-end=\"486\">\u201cThis is a huge mechanism that allows the country\u2019s economy to move faster,\u201d the official said.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"488\" data-end=\"621\">He added that such a decision is especially important now, as the country remains under sanctions because of the war against Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"623\" data-end=\"816\">According to his data, Russia\u2019s total capitalization at the beginning of 2026 amounted to 920 trillion rubles; however, in 30 regions the figure declined, so this issue \u201cneeds to be addressed.\u201d<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"818\" data-end=\"985\">The head of Rosreestr, Oleg Skufinsky, noted that in order to fulfill this task, the agency must continue identifying legal owners and clarifying land plot boundaries.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"987\" data-end=\"1277\">Over the past five years, the number of properties without registered ownership rights has decreased by 24 million (with 23.8 million still remaining), while the number of plots without established boundaries has fallen by 14 million (with another 15 million still lacking defined borders).<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1279\" data-end=\"1561\">Rosreestr explained to the media that a \u201cnew resource management model\u201d is being proposed, aimed at increasing the capitalization of land assets.
