This was reported by the Prosecutor General\u2019s Office.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"294\" data-end=\"493\">Six real estate properties, including administrative buildings, guard facilities, and production premises, were sold for UAH 2.7 million. At the same time, their market value exceeded UAH 62 million.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"495\" data-end=\"812\">The significant losses inflicted on the state have been confirmed by forensic expert assessments. In effect, the assets were sold at a price 23 times below their actual value. Moreover, the sale was carried out despite a legislative ban on the privatization of property belonging to enterprises in the space industry.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"814\" data-end=\"968\">The disposal of the assets was organized and executed by an insolvency trustee who, at the time, was acting as the liquidator of the strategic enterprise.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"970\" data-end=\"1106\">He has already been formally notified of suspicion for abuse of authority under Part 3 of Article 365-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1108\" data-end=\"1137\">The property has been seized.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1139\" data-end=\"1168\">The investigation is ongoing.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1170\" data-end=\"1314\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Authorities are currently establishing all the circumstances of the case and checking the involvement of other individuals in the alleged crime.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":151466,"menu_order":0,"template":"","newscat":[9],"newstag":[],"issues":[],"class_list":["post-151465","news","type-news","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","newscat-novosti"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/news\/151465","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/news"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/news"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/151466"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=151465"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"newscat","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/newscat?post=151465"},{"taxonomy":"newstag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/newstag?post=151465"},{"taxonomy":"issues","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/issues?post=151465"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
