McGovern also played a key role in the transformation of the <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Jaguar<\/span><\/span> brand, including work on the <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Type 00<\/span><\/span> concept, which is expected to define the brand\u2019s future direction.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"817\" data-end=\"1049\">In a message to employees, the designer thanked his team and the company\u2019s owners for years of collaboration, noting that he is proud of what they achieved together. His next career step will be launching his own design consultancy.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1051\" data-end=\"1269\">Earlier, media reports suggested possible leadership changes within JLR, although the company denied these claims.
