The new rules prohibit dealings involving <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Cuba<\/span><\/span>, <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Iran<\/span><\/span>, <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">North Korea<\/span><\/span>, and the temporarily occupied territories of <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Ukraine<\/span><\/span>, according to the official statement.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"536\" data-end=\"976\">\u201cThis general license does not authorize any transactions involving persons located in or organized under the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Democratic People\u2019s Republic of Korea, the Republic of Cuba, regions of Ukraine subject to Executive Order 14065, the Crimea region of Ukraine as defined in Executive Order 13685, or any entity owned or controlled by such persons or operating as their joint venture,\u201d the document states.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"978\" data-end=\"1124\">The new License No. 134A replaces the previous one that was in effect from March 12 to April 11, 2026, and introduces additional restrictions.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1126\" data-end=\"1273\">At the same time, the license allows transactions involving Russian oil and petroleum products that were loaded onto vessels before March 12, 2026.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1275\" data-end=\"1526\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">The general license also permits related operations necessary for the sale and delivery of oil, including safe docking, crew support, emergency repairs, environmental protection measures, as well as vessel management, insurance, and pilotage services.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":151335,"menu_order":0,"template":"","newscat":[9],"newstag":[],"issues":[],"class_list":["post-151334","news","type-news","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","newscat-novosti"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/news\/151334","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/news"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/news"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/151335"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=151334"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"newscat","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/newscat?post=151334"},{"taxonomy":"newstag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/newstag?post=151334"},{"taxonomy":"issues","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/issues?post=151334"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
