The termination of the contractual terms will take effect in May 2026. This was reported by <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Ukrenergo<\/span><\/span> on its Telegram channel.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"503\" data-end=\"885\">\u201cThe reasons why our colleagues decided to cancel the agreement were not explained by the management of <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">SEPS<\/span><\/span>. For its part, <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Ukrenergo<\/span><\/span> has never violated any contractual obligations with SEPS and has always acted in the spirit of good neighborly relations and respect for European legislation,\u201d the statement said.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"887\" data-end=\"1024\">The Ukrainian company also commented on the possible impact of the Slovak operator\u2019s decision on the situation in Ukraine\u2019s power system.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1026\" data-end=\"1317\">\u201cWe emphasize once again that there will be no changes for Ukrainian consumers. Emergency assistance from Slovakia has been used by <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Ukrenergo<\/span><\/span> quite rarely and in very limited volumes.
