In addition, several issues are constraining production growth in Kazakhstan.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1239\" data-end=\"1507\">From April to December 2025, the eight OPEC+ members raised oil output quotas by about 2.9 million barrels per day, roughly 3% of global consumption.
