{"id":151024,"date":"2026-01-27T12:00:14","date_gmt":"2026-01-27T10:00:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/?post_type=news&#038;p=151024"},"modified":"2026-01-24T21:48:21","modified_gmt":"2026-01-24T19:48:21","slug":"vydobutok-nafty-v-rf-upav-do-minimumu-za-16-rokiv","status":"publish","type":"news","link":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/news\/novosti\/vydobutok-nafty-v-rf-upav-do-minimumu-za-16-rokiv\/","title":{"rendered":"Russia\u2019s Oil Production Falls to a 16-Year Low"},"content":{"rendered":"<p data-start=\"52\" data-end=\"257\">Russia\u2019s oil production totaled 512 million tonnes in 2025, according to an article by Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak published in <em data-start=\"206\" data-end=\"221\">Energy Policy<\/em> magazine, The Moscow Times reports.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"259\" data-end=\"459\">According to the data, oil output has been declining for the third consecutive year: it stood at 516 million tonnes in 2024, 530 million tonnes in 2023, and 535 million tonnes in 2022.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"461\" data-end=\"699\">As a result, Russia\u2019s oil production has fallen to its lowest level since 2009, when output amounted to 494.2 million tonnes. Even during the pandemic crisis in 2020, production was slightly higher at 512.7 million tonnes.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"701\" data-end=\"938\">The government\u2019s plan for the year \u043f\u0440\u0435\u0434\u0443\u0441\u043c\u0430\u0442\u0440\u0438\u0432\u0430\u043b increasing output to 520 million tonnes.
