{"id":151022,"date":"2026-01-26T18:00:13","date_gmt":"2026-01-26T16:00:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/?post_type=news&#038;p=151022"},"modified":"2026-01-24T21:41:50","modified_gmt":"2026-01-24T19:41:50","slug":"gotel-ukrayinskogo-developera-otrymav-najprestyzhnishu-svitovu-premiyu","status":"publish","type":"news","link":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/news\/novosti\/gotel-ukrayinskogo-developera-otrymav-najprestyzhnishu-svitovu-premiyu\/","title":{"rendered":"Hotel by Ukrainian Developer Wins the World\u2019s Most Prestigious Award"},"content":{"rendered":"<p data-start=\"74\" data-end=\"234\">The Anantara Dragon Seseh Bali hotel, developed by the Ukrainian Taryan Group, has received the world\u2019s most prestigious real estate award, CNN reports.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"236\" data-end=\"413\">The hotel was named Best in the World in the New Hotel Construction and Design category at the International Property Awards, with the award ceremony held in London.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"415\" data-end=\"637\">In addition to the top global honor, the project was also recognized as the best in three categories in the Asia-Pacific region: New Hotel Construction and Design, Hotel Architecture, and Developer Website.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"639\" data-end=\"796\">The hotel\u2019s dragon-shaped architectural concept, closely integrated with Bali\u2019s coastal landscape, was designed by renowned British architect John Dawes.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"798\" data-end=\"1157\">\u201cThis victory demonstrates that projects created in Ukraine are not only capable of competing at the highest global level, but also of consistently becoming the best. That is exactly what we expect from every one of our projects\u2014to ensure that each new project is better than the previous one,\u201d commented Artur Mkhitaryan, Founder and CEO of Taryan Group.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1159\" data-end=\"1374\">This marks the third project by the company to win at the International Property Awards. Previously, the titles were awarded to Taryan Towers and Nver, both residential developments in Ukraine\u2019s capital.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1376\" data-end=\"1704\">Nver, located in central Kyiv on Lesia Ukrainka Boulevard, was named Best in the World in the Mixed Use Development category at the International Property Awards 2024\/2025. The complex stands out for its futuristic architecture, a 50-meter-high panoramic bridge with swimming pools, and a high level of security.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1706\" data-end=\"2058\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Taryan Towers, another Kyiv-based residential complex, was recognized as the Best Residential High-Rise Development in the World at the International Property Awards 2020\u20132021.
