{"id":151018,"date":"2026-01-26T12:00:58","date_gmt":"2026-01-26T10:00:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/?post_type=news&#038;p=151018"},"modified":"2026-01-24T21:31:14","modified_gmt":"2026-01-24T19:31:14","slug":"sp-pidvyshhylo-rejtyng-ukrayiny-pislya-restrukturyzacziyi-borgu","status":"publish","type":"news","link":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/news\/novosti\/sp-pidvyshhylo-rejtyng-ukrayiny-pislya-restrukturyzacziyi-borgu\/","title":{"rendered":"S&#038;P Upgrades Ukraine\u2019s Credit Rating After Debt Restructuring"},"content":{"rendered":"<p data-start=\"67\" data-end=\"280\">International credit rating agency S&#038;P Global Ratings has upgraded Ukraine\u2019s credit rating following the successful completion of the restructuring of debt obligations linked to economic growth, Bloomberg reports.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"282\" data-end=\"401\">According to the agency, Ukraine\u2019s rating was raised to CCC+ from selective default, with a stable outlook.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"403\" data-end=\"602\">S&#038;P noted that the further restructuring of a small portion of debt that remains in default would not have a significant impact on Ukraine\u2019s ability or willingness to meet its other debt obligations.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"604\" data-end=\"727\">The decision follows a similar move by Fitch Ratings, which in December also removed Ukraine from selective default status.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"729\" data-end=\"1004\">The restructuring involved the elimination of so-called GDP warrants\u2014an instrument that, according to Finance Minister Serhii Marchenko, would have been \u201ctoxic\u201d for the country\u2019s post-war economic recovery.
