This was announced by Prime Minister Yuliia Svyrydenko.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"314\" data-end=\"441\">\u201cA pilot project for the development of mineral resources \u2014 the Dobra lithium deposit site in the Kirovohrad region,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"443\" data-end=\"809\">According to the head of government, the project is expected to attract a minimum of $179 million in capital investment, of which $12 million will be allocated to new geological exploration and an international audit of reserves, and $167 million to the organization of extraction and processing, provided that commercially viable reserves are confirmed.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"811\" data-end=\"957\">Ukrainian and foreign companies and consortia were invited to participate in the tender, which was evaluated under a 100-point scoring system.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"959\" data-end=\"1454\">The winner was Dobra Lithium Holdings JV, LLC, whose shareholders include internationally recognized companies TechMet and The Rock Holdings. Svyrydenko emphasized that the companies have significant experience in the extraction of critical minerals. TechMet holds controlling or significant minority stakes in 10 assets across four continents and has a strong track record in implementing complex projects related to the exploration, mining, and processing of critical minerals.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1456\" data-end=\"1658\">\u201cThe Dobra site is only the first step in an ambitious plan to integrate Ukraine into the supply chains of our strategic partners.
