The institution will function as a non-profit, \u201csecond-tier\u201d financial institution, ensuring access to financing for priority sectors of the economy through Ukrainian banks.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"722\" data-end=\"1012\">Its key mission is to provide micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises with access to preferential financing via partner banks.
